About Us
Tree Tops Residential Homes was established in 1969 and is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide 24 hour residential care for 43 clients. Our services are purchased by a number of local authorities with whom we contract and we welcome enquiries from all prospective clients.
There are two homes situated on the complex :- 'Tree Tops' which accommodates 30 clients falling under the category of 'older age' and 'Delphlands' which accommodates 13 clients falling under the category of 'Elderly Mentally Infirm' (EMI).

The homes operate under the auspices of the originating family, now a partnership between David Beattie, who acts as Managing Director and Homes Administrator, and his mother Carole Leyland. Enquiries concerning admission can be made by telephone, email or by viewing in person at any time, via a member of the Management Team.
The Home's Manager Kate Williams, her deputies Zara Renshall and Jade Clemson along with the rest of the care team, look forward to being of service in the near future.
