Contracts & Fees

Contracts:

Our Terms and Conditions of Residency are embodied in our Contract document, which forms the basis of your stay with us. You have free access to copies of any such document and other records concerning your residency at any time.

Where a Local Authority has made arrangements for the provision of accommodation and care at Tree Tops Residential Homes, a copy of the Agreement specifying the arrangements made is available on request.

2020/21 SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR COUNCIL ASSISTED PLACEMENTS (01/04/20 - 31/03/21):

Tree Tops Residential Homes contracts with a number of Local Authorities and as a result, the Residential care charges that are determined can vary significantly due to the ceiling prices set by individual Councils.  As a result, there will often be a need for a “third–party top-up” to be paid for people admitted and funded by certain Local Authorities to bridge the shortfall between our actual fee and the maximum fee they will pay for the required level of care.  Details of specific charges will be discussed prior to admission and the Contracting Documentation will indicate the agreed fee level.

The current third-party charge for any residents admitted by St. Helens Council is £40 per week.

The amount payable for people admitted by other Local Authorities will be determined and agreed prior to admission.

2020/21 SCHEDULE OF FEES: PRIVATE/SELF-FUNDING PLACEMENTS (23/03/20 - 21/03/21):
